Ordering Online

The Schooltogs website offers secure online transactions. Once you have chosen your items add them to your order and go to the checkout. You are able to pay by Mastercard,Visa,Maestro,Visa Debit,Visa Electron,Solo or Delta.

If you would prefer to provide us with your credit card details over the telephone please telephone 01905 22999 between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives who can assist you with your order. Alternatively you can pay by Sterling Cheque or Postal order as detailed below.

Payment by Cheque or Postal order

You can choose to pay by sterling cheque or Postal Order by choosing the box at the checkout. Please make your cheque or postal order payable to Schooltogs write your order reference on the back of the cheque and post to Schooltogs,Unit F1 Sherriff St,Worcester,WR4 9AB. We will dispatch the goods after the cheque/Postal order has cleared the banking system (please allow 5 working days).

Postage and Packaging

We offer a flat packaging charge of £4.95 no matter how many garments you have ordered if your order is over £100 we will post to a Uk address free of charge. The postage charge will be shown at the checkout before you finalise your order.

Stock Shortages

Our aim is to despatch all orders paid by credit/Debit card within 2 working days. If an item you have ordered is presently out of stock you will receive an email advising you when we expect the item to be available .We will be happy to discuss with you alternatives available to try and fufill your order as quickly as possible.

If you have requested a delivery direct to your school (where available) we send orders once a week normal practise is to despatch from the warehouse on a Thursday.

Non UK Orders

We only accept orders for delivery to a UK or BFPO address and all payments must be made in Sterling.
