Ordering Online

The website offers secure online transactions. Once you have chosen your items add them to your order basket and go to the checkout. You are able to pay by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo or Delta. If you would prefer to provide us with your credit card details over the telephone please telephone 01684 296930 between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives who can assist you with your order. Our aim is to despatch all orders paid by credit/debit card within 2 working days.

Postage and Packaging

We offer a flat packaging charge of £4.95 no matter how many garments you have ordered. The postage charge will be shown at the checkout before you finalise your order.

Stock Shortages

Although our aim is to despatch all orders paid by credit/debit card within 2 working days, if an item you ordered is presently out of stock you will receive an email advising you when we expect the item to be available. We will be happy to discuss with you alternatives available to try and fufill your order as quickly as possible.

If you have requested a delivery direct to your school (where available) we send orders once a week. Our normal practise is to despatch from the warehouse on a Thursday.

Non UK Orders

We only accept orders for delivery to a UK or BFPO address and all payments must be made in Sterling.


Returns are part of our online service so you can shop with confidence, knowing that you can return any clean unworn item within 28 days for a no-quibble money-back guarantee. Our aim is total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us. We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase, subject to it being returned clean and unworn in its original condition and packaging, and with all labels still attached. Every product sold by us is backed by this guarantee other than items made to special order, name tapes, mouthguards and hair accessories. We aim to process any refunds to the same method of payment within 14 days to you following safe receipt of your return which should only be returned with proof of posting. May we suggest you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit being returned back to us.

If any item arrives damaged, faulty, or has been supplied as an incorrect item, the full purchase price including post & packaging will be refunded. However if you decide you don't want the product, postage and packing costs will be your responsibility – and in such events we will refund only the price of the product we supplied. Any items you are returning back to us which are lost, stolen or damaged are your responsibility as the sender to claim compensation from the carrier. We advise you use an insured delivery service to protect the safe return of all returned goods.


If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, colour or style, please include a letter with your returns explaining which items you wish to exchange for. We advise you to contact us to check availability of the replacement garment you require.

For these type of exchanges we do not refund your return postage cost. We will also charge our standard postage and packing cost (£4.95) to your credit/debit card to cover the cost of sending the replacement goods to you.

Cancellations and Alterations

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by telephoning 01684 296930 during our opening hours 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, or emailing us at Please make sure you include a reliable form of communication (name, address and telephone number) so that we contact you at any time.
